An amazing cheese book

An amazing cheese book. I used this book as I traveled around France learning to make cheese. Because of the age of the book some of the places are no longer there.Though talking with the locals almost everyone knew of the places that no longer were in business and had great stories to tell of them! I would highly recommend this book if you are a cheese connoisseur traveling about France!
